TweepML – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TweepML (the “Service”, “we”, “our” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. What TweepML Is

TweepML provides a curated directory and discovery platform for public Twitter/X lists, Twitter/X accounts, and community resources. Our platform lets users browse, explore, and follow curated lists and public content aggregated from Twitter/X. TweepML does not claim ownership of any third-party content (tweets, list contents, etc.).

Everything on TweepML is publicly available content from Twitter/X, repackaged for easier discovery.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Permitted Use

• You may browse, view, and follow publicly available lists and accounts.
  
• You may use TweepML to discover communities, read insights, and view public lists.
  
• You consent that your use of TweepML must comply with all relevant laws, Twitter/X Terms of Service, and these Terms.
  

3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use TweepML to:

• Upload, post or distribute any private or protected content.
  
• Impersonate any person or entity.
  
• Use TweepML for spam, harassment, or unlawful activities.
  
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures of TweepML or Twitter/X.
  
• Use automated bots/scripts to scrape, copy, archive or export data from TweepML beyond what the publicly available UI allows.
  
• Violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
  

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• All trademarks, logos, and service marks shown on TweepML are the property of their respective owners.
  
• The content curated by TweepML (e.g. list descriptions, our interface, explanatory text, categorization) is © TweepML – you may not copy or redistribute it without permission.
  
• Tweets, usernames, profile pictures, and public content belong to their original Twitter/X owners. TweepML does not own that content.
  

5. Disclaimers & No Warranty

• TweepML is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
  
• We do NOT guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or up to date.
  
• Use of TweepML is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the content you find here.
  
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
  

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweepML and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service – including loss of data, profits, business interruption, or any other damages.

7. Changes to Terms & Service

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Continued use of TweepML after changes means you accept the new Terms.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TweepML at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or if we believe your actions may harm the Service or other users.

9. External Links & Third-Party Services

TweepML may contain links to third-party sites or services (including Twitter/X). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those sites.
